I was vaguely hoping it meant from the rafters, and that VB had introduced this feature to the admin CP to deal with trolls.

As Marco said, it means they are suspended for a fixed period, usually 7 or 14 days.
FYI, I have removed the trolling posts from this thread, some people may wish to consider that those type of posts can lead to infractions and suspensions. |
