how do i change a secondary navbar link to a different colur

Hi

I have added a second navbar unde rthe first one which i want to use for advertising.

how do i change thge text of the first link to white instead?

I understand i need to define a new css class/definition but i am really struggling to apply it correctly. i think my css and coding skills are not up to scratch
