Try to reupload plugin.php into your adminCP folder
Looks like it could be a hosting issue as well. |

The most i can tell you is disable the products for now, isntead of uninstalling them, until someone can fully help you man.

No, it's not really serious. Most likely, while uploading the files, FTP blipped, and the file didn't get uploaded properly. It happens.
