One of the members on my site reported a quick reply problem.

When they go to press quick reply in a thread it gives them a download called newreply.php

Look at the screenshot to see what I mean

- Do you have mod_security installed on the server?
- Do you have Suhosin/Hardened PHP installed on the server.
- How much memory is allocated for PHP?

I think it was the users computer because no one else has said anything like this to me
