SQL Error caused by ' ?

Updated the arcade to the newest version and now it's throwing up SQL errors on the arcade home page saying this:

mySQL query error: UPDATE tournaments SET champion='I'm Nothing' WHERE tid='59' LIMIT 1

mySQL error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'm Nothing' WHERE tid='59' LIMIT 1' at line 1
mySQL error code:

Even though there's no answers apparent in google, it looks like the problem could be to do with ' ? Can anyone help? Muchly appreciated.
