facebook theme modified

Hey! I'm looking for someone to give me some help to modify the Facebook fluid theme. I like the overall layout however i would like to have the header larger and have some more graphics to make it more inviting... Right now the layout is great and the author did a good job but its just too "blah"

Anyone feel free to help, or give me some code that i can work with, to input better graphics etc. but KEEP the layout!
