If you're wondering about the table, that requires extra code.

<table class="tborder" cellpadding="$stylevar[cellpadding]" cellspacing="$stylevar[cellspacing]" border="0" width="100%" align="center">
<tr>
	<td class="thead">Some Message</td>
</tr>
<tr>
	<td class="alt1">Your AdSense Code</td>
</tr>
</table>
