Open template FORUMHOME,

find:

<if condition="$show['birthdays']">
<!-- today's birthdays -->

add above:

$template_hook[forumhome_wgo_pos3]

It would appear that you can under Forum Home Templates > forumhome_attact_stats. You can even give it your own custom attachment stats icon, but it looks great "as-is" imo.
