Hello!
A modification which counts users downloads in # or traffic would be useful. It could then, as set in the download quota (usergroup specific), disable the user from downloading any more content for a set period of time (usergroup specific).
Is there such a modification already (which I didn't find then) or might there be someone coding it for the community?
