Style/Colour/Skin Changer Question!

I am wondering if anyone knows of a modification where people can change the colour of the skin pretty much identical to how you can do on here at the bottom.

The same conclusion was arrived pretty much every time; the code is private currently so if you want to do it you'll have to do it yourself.
