Advanced Post Report System Updated to work with 3.8

I have attempted to contact the original coder for this mod, but attempts have failed, and I have posted in the thread's discussion, but that has also so far failed. Anyways, I'm posting here because I'd like to get the attention of an experienced VB Coder who can update this mod to work with 3.8.

I have used it faithfully for a long time, and it works EXTREMELY well, but I recently updated to 3.8, and it no longer works. The thread says it will not work with 3.7 either, but I had it working using a fix to the report.php file. But, since the release of 3.8, I have tried and failed at updating the report.php file in order to work with this mod. I have some coding experience, but it's very limited.

From what I can see, this mod would work fine, if the report.php script was set to write the data to the database tables that this mod works with. All the pages and links work, it just doesn't list the reports made, which makes me think that the script that needs to be changed is report.php

I would greatly appreciate if an experienced VB coder could take a look at this mod and update it so it will work with 3.8.

Another coder may only make changes and release it again if he/she has permission of the original author.

Alternative would be to write a new modification from scratch.
