Looking for a Chief First Post Mod

I am looking for a mod to display the first post on all the pages of the topic.

Chief First Post by Atakan KOC does not really fit, due to offering way too many things I do not need. I simply want the first post to be displayed on all the pages. Running 3.8.

Can't you just disable the features you don't need?

Unfortunately there is no option to disable "Thread Type:" in this mod.

Just look at the plugins. One of them sets the postbit for the first post. Use that plugin and also look to see if there is any other code you need to go along with that plugin and use it also.

I think that should work. I was using that when I had my 3.7 test board up.

I think he wants the functionality of the first post being displayed on all pages. Not the functionality of changing postbits.

@crkjb: Just remove the template modification that added the Thread Type option.

Is there a way to get CFP to be user-set instead of forum set? So it can be done in any forum, so long as the user chooses it, sort of like how they can choose whether or not to have a poll or not.

Currently using 3.8
