Would it be possible to create a seperate guestbook page/program that utilised the vB database but functioned as a seperate guestbook?

I'm thinking this could be done entirely through templates but my vB expertise is too limited to figure it out on my own.

I am working on one but very behind on this due to excessive work....when I catch up I will finish it....
