I have blank slots I was told its plug ins that were not remove correctly. How do I get rid of the dead lines? I don't know what plug ins it was because they are not installed

Languages and Phrases Tab > Search In Phrases >
Search for 'settinggroup_'
Search by phrase variable only

Find the one that is blank, that should be the one

None of them were blank. any ideas?

View the source of that frame, and look for the entry that is blank. The ID of the modification that it was from should be inside the same tag.
