How do I make drop down menus for header text links?

[420]

All VB forums have QUICKLINKS in the header text links.
This text link has a drop down menu.

I would like to duplicate this drop down menu text link in a few of the other header text links.

How do I do this?

Thanks for your valuable time and support!
