Automatic Post Upon Tournament Winner

Hello all,

I see that there is a modification that creates a new post in a specified thread when a new high score is achieved. I was wondering if there's any way to modify that modification do the same thing, except post the winner of a tournament. Any ideas?

Gratefully appreciated!!!
