when trying to upload a attachment it says

That is a problem with a modification. Try disabling your plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

seems like it was a mod i installed a few days ago and i just realized the attachment feature wasn't working =P found out what one it was and i disabled it thanks though xD
