Need to add a TOP button for each post

I cannot find this mod for 3.7 anywhere on this site. Im looking to add a top of thread button to every post button so wherever a user is on a thread post, they can go back to the top of that thread. Thanks

Can do it manually if you want.
1- edit showthread template and add an anchor just before the New Post icon on top.
2- edit the postbit template and add the link button each post for the anchor in step1.
