Running a contest

As it's my forum's 10th anniversary, I want to run a contest. I think I would like entry to be automatic based on postings; that is, each day you make a post you gain another entry. I might consider multiple postings to give a little more weight. The contest might run a total of 2 months.

Any suggestions on how to do this? It appears that vBCredits might do the job, though it seems to be way overkill for what I want.
