Awards MODs... Looking for the right kind

I'm looking for a MOD that allows me to give little icons to users that appear in the postbit. I was looking around, but I couldn't find one.
Example:

(mouse over the icons and it tells you where they come from)

I'm looking for something similar to that. I just couldn't find it... So far, all awards I found were tied to the arcade.
