What is IF conditional for this, so only can be seen by the user, or the owner

$userinfo is used in regards to the person's profile you are viewing (similarly, $post is used for the person's post you are viewing). $bbuserinfo is used to refer to you, the logged in viewer of the profile/postbit/page.
