RSS Taking Visitors?

Hey Guys,

I'm an old software developer, but *painfully* new at web development and understanding everything out there today.

I have never used RSS for anything in my life and was just a little bit unsure of how it worked, to be perfectly honest. Never saw a personal need to delve into it.

Today, I noticed that a full 65% of my traffic on my new forum is landing on external.php, which caused me to drop that into my browser to check it out.

As you all know, it's my RSS feed.

Now, if someone looks at my RSS feed as opposed to participating on my board or actually landing on my board, isn't this a huge loss of potential AdSense revenue?

What do you all think about the implications of RSS and your AdSense income?
