Forum reload after any minutes...

Hello, last period I am seeings any strange problems on my forum..but not mistakes of codes but, when I change some settings of vBulletin of other Mods, Hacks...changes are not effective soon, but after some minutes and often they change many times in few minutes.

For example, I change from ACP vBulletin the type of listing of sub-forums (forumhome)

I apply the change and I click on Save..

After 2min I go on forumhome but there aren't changes, also it in ACP I changed the setting!
After 5min I return on forumhome...and now the modification is effective
Ater 8min I go on forumhome...and it is returned to precedent setting!
After 10-15 min...changes are apply definitive

I tought perhaps it can depend from XCache...
According to you, is this the problem?
Do you advice me to increase some value to fix this issue..?

* 2 Gb RAM
* 2 Hard Disk 160 Gb 7200RPM SATA with 8MB Cache
* CentOS release 4.5 (Final)
* Apache v2.2.10 (cgi-fcgi)
* PhP 5.2.6
* Mysql 5.0.67-community

3) vBulletin version 3.7.3, with vBseo 3.2 Gold and Xcache 1.2.2 installed
