Navbar template not follow Spacer Size in Style Options?

Is it possible to not have the Navbar template NOT follow the spacer size defined in the Style Options?
(this would be where it says: Spacer Size (pixels) (Spacing between the body border and the main content) -- the second option down under Sizes and Dimensions ))

I want the Navbar template to go 100% width not having a spacing but I want the rest of the forum to follow the spacer size and keep the spacing. Any help?
