Albums - PLEASE READ

I have set all of the moderation options to NO on user albums for each usergroup, so that no pictures are moderated,
however, when my members upload pictures into their albums, I always have to approve them. This is starting to get annoying as it shouldn't be switched on.

What could be going wrong?
