Okay, the thread title doesn't paint the whole picture. When you laugh (if you are capable of it) do you make any strange sounds like squeal like a pig, or snort like pigs were your best friend in your previous lifetime. Maybe you have a discrete chuckle followed by a loud after oink or something.

Let's have it, laughter is the medicine today.

I do a silent chuckle. We do have a snorter in the family though who is embarrassed by it. .... which of course leads to more laughing.

I have an embarrassing laugh, and sometimes get made fun of for it, so now I just keep it to a quiet chuckle, and just put a huge smile across my face. People know I'm laughing, normally because I start shaking if I'm laughing too hard, or because of my huge smile

I find, the more you try to restrain your laugh the worse the "embarrassing" after effect is. So comeon, anyone guilty of being the family snorter, own up and make yourself known as the family snorter.
