I need help.I manged to install mod_security now for rules part which one should i use that is important?Reason why i'm asking is i'm getting a pop up warning for the thank you hack with a 501 error with method is not implemented ..

I googled around but nothing i found that suits me

i'm on apache windows server

Check your apache/mod_security log file to see which rule is causing problems.
