How do I prevent newly Registered users from Viewing my Forum until an Admin or Mod approves them after they have signed up? Is there a way to do this? Thank you!

Sure.

Go to Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > Users Awaiting Moderation > Edit

The second section is titled Forum Viewing Permissions. Just select what you would like them to see and not see.
