how to include file after redirects functions ?

I made my own mod for vB
I add my new product, and one of plugins has only that code:

require_once('./myMod.php');

I think that this file is included on start of all files...
and i have problem with it on showthread.php, becouse there are execute of
function witch makes redirect...

is it possible to install product where own files are included on end of main files
(in this case after this redirect stuff?)

pls help
