moderated albums

[Hex_legend]

For some reason, all of the pictures that are being uploaded to albums are always placed under moderation. I have set the admin settings to allow pictures without moderation, even for usergroups, but they are still awaiting moderation.

However, in the Admin CP, it says:

Pictures awaiting moderation [0]

Yet when I view their album, it says

Pictures 0

Then inside, it has their images with [Moderated] underneath.

Any ideas?
