how can we block VB Leecher ??

Hello,

I saw in some forums people sell scripts tp leech data from VB foruma to their website!
they can copy 5000 posts in 30 mins , they use username and password of one account to copy data so blocking the guests is not a good way to block them !
how can we block them ?

any Idea ?
