Add New User Error
In AdminCP / User / Add New User. After trying to save a new user that I've created I get this Database error...I do have the hack Username Requests installed on the forum, do you think this could be conflicting with the Add New User in AdminCP

if you have removed a hack recently may be its files need removing from the admin cp and rebuild postbits, I had a similar problem when i removed a chat box, was files still present causing database error.

Try disabling the modification for Username Requests (including removing any files you had to add) and see if you still get the error.
