This has probably been asked a million times, but I can't seem to figure this one out.

HOW do I put a small background image on the body of our vBulletin forum. I am in Style Manager and can't figure how and where to do that.

You do so in the Main CSS page for your style. Find the Body class (the top class) and enter the url and other background css details into the Background text area. This may help - http://www.w3schools.com/css/pr_background.asp
