No, neither of these pages add much content or relevancy to your forum and are largely considered "junk" SERP pages.

Yes, showthread and forumdisplay are good ones.

You may also want to make sure you have a good vBulletin Robots.txt File to help reduce duplicate content and unwanted crawling.
