On my site I use a Google map with the Google API overlay and JavaScript. The thing is, this has the potential to have thousands of locations on this map and in order to integrate it with vBulletin I need to write it as a custom template within the admin control panel. Everything was working great until I updated the map this last time, almost doubling the character count. I'm now up to 176627 characters and when I click save or save and reload it looks like it's saving it but just takes me back to a blank screen with a gray background and the Style Manager heading.
How can I fix this? Here's a link to the map |

Theres probably a limit that the MySQL engine can store, however im not sure of the exact number.
What happens if you remove some of the code from the template and try to save it? |

It has to be a SQL size limit, because the code is just fine. Any idea how or where I could find more info on increasing the limit?
Loco.M: The version you see has far fewer points than the one I'm trying to replace it with. The version you see has always been working because it's smaller. |
