Catagory-like forum.

Hi, I'm new but I am used to vB boards. I love it very much. Now I'm an Admin. Having problem how to setup this little forum below.

I want to make this section, Important News, to look like the other section in that category. (ie. make it look like Laughters & Jokes) But I don't want to see the buttons such as "New Topic" etc in that section. (ie. like this

)

Bottom line is I want to make that Important News not blue and look like others but have no buttons inside and should be like this
