They come about because they same small set of people hijack every thread and start making sarcastic comments about the site/staff etc. This one will no doubt join the closed list for the same reason pretty soon. We are no longer tolerating it.

Good to hear Paul. I am quite frankly sick of seeing all the digs, sarcasm and general crap coming from particular members. I'm surprised you have put up with it for this long
