How do I remove the text 'notices' pls see picture

Its in your navbar template search for notice and you should be able to find it.

I tried deleting each 'notices' bit of text but none of that worked

Um, I hope you didn't just remove that whole line without removing the <tr> tags along with it or your page will have invalid html.
