Mi site was working okey. Then it goes offline. it is in a VPS with Debian. So i tried to login in the webmin but i was not able. I dont know how to use SSH, so i make everything from de control panel of the VPS. I reset the vps but didnt work. So i send a tkt to the hosting.

EMAIL

We logged into your vps server using ssh, and ran

/etc/init.d/apache2 start

to start the web server, this worked, however now when browsing to your site we see the following error

Fatal error: Xcache not installed in [path]/includes/class_datastore.php on line 506

A dont know what to do.. i prove to disable all the pligiungs but no

if u are on a vps then your host should be installing Xcache for you.

either install xCache, or disable it from the includes/config.php file
