problem with my database

i have an accident my database was droped one field is IPaddress and now i can't add new users in admincp or member can't finish register at my site.

and here errors message :

That's the struction for that field in my 3.6.8 database. Just add it back in using phpMyAdmin.

Thats because its not a SQL command to add it back.

Login to phpMyAdmin (or other admin tool) and do it manually by adding the row or table which ever it was.
