sorry, I do not fully understand the benefit of this mod over the default.
as of now my links look like com/forums/natural-stone-countertop-floor-service-8/how-many-jobs-do-you-look-9815.html

how would this mod help me, what else would it do for me?

This mod cannot affect thread URLs
You have installed another SEO related mod which causes this to happen.

Nothing. All those tags do is add extra lines for a browser to parse. They are totally useless for anything, especially for seach engines.
