Moderated threads and topics
vb 3.7.2
A couple of my members have created new topics and threads and they're going to moderation. I don't have moderation turned on. Any reason I keep having to approve them? Somewhere to check and see or anything if I missed something in ACP? Thanks to all in advance.

Check their usergroups (all of them) for Follow Forum Moderation Rules (If no, posts are always placed into moderation queue)
And then check Forum Permissions > pick the forum > usergroups > Follow Forum Moderation Rules
