is it possible that you can see when a user is loging not in for one year that you can delete the user ?
i mean zero post after one year

Compare your version etc. HOWEVER there is a better mod which is very close to what your asking about I just could not find it... It actually emails the user after so many days of inactivity then it will delete their account to

I believe it's in the 3.6.8. Add-On forum area though

Or, forget about a mod and do it yourself every once in a while. Users > Prune/Move Users > Has not logged in for 365 days, Posts i less than 1 > Find > Delete (default is to move them to another group)
