security token was missing

May somebody help me...

i have problems in my forum, when i move threads... or delete threads...
there is an error message, like this :

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

what should i do??
