That will allow me to make members needing X amount of posts per day to get in certain forums?

I have not seen a mod like that. Have you tried searching? Maybe on "post*" or "limit" "all mods" "titles only" (I just tried "day*" and couldn't find one.)

Hmm... I also tried looking for some modifications like this. I didn't find any on here.

Yeah, I know of Cybs permission mod but not quite what I'm looking for.
