Would like some feedback and suggestions on my forum.

Not so bad, especially for a first attempt.

• 1) You have a great navigation setup, why not work on the actual template design to compliment that well?
• 2) Your existing template places and unnecessary scroll on browsers.
• 3) I'd suggest minimizing the amount of forums you have, as you're just starting off and a load of forums with only a few posts (or even none) can be unappealing to many.
