i installed a that mod before. and because of some reason i uninstalled it. but after this it still put some more codes on the links

e.g.. http://www.binevi.com/redirect-to/?redirect=http%3A%2F%2.example.com ...

so how can i completely remove this mod and am i on right point? is that could be about another hack or vbulletin ?
