Right..I'm having trouble on a vBulletin forum...
I'm attempting to register for a particular vBulletin forum. But when I go to the register page, the form isn't showing up. The background and graphics are there, but nothing else. I've tried with my laptop, my brother's laptop, and a desktop computer, with the same result. The forum in question has a protection against proxies, and all the computers in the house are on a home network. I've contacted the forum's staff but with no results. Help?

NeoEevee,
You are currently showing up as unlicensed. From reading your post Im not entirely sure if you mean your own forum or someone elses, but please take note of the information below. To be able to download modifications and/or receive support here at vBulletin.org, we ask you to please click here (vB-Germany users click here, vB-Chinese users click here) and enter your email address. You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive. To protect our customers privacy you will also need to Opt-In to license validation for all Support Sites. You must authorise vBulletin.org in order to validate your license status here. You can do this at the page linked above for your distributor. Make sure to set the permission to allow vBulletin.org to validate your status. The update of your account can take up to one hour. Once you are registered as licenced you can ask this question in the appropriate forum. Thanks. |
