Pop Up Menu Position

First of all, sorry if this has been repeated!

I have a container div with relative positioning.

Inside this is a mainbody div that is absolutely positioned.

This div contains the vBulletin forum which is looking great, except for the bizarre positions of the pop up menus.

I have tried moving the code snippets for the box display outside the container and this had limited success, however I'm sure there is a better solution.

Could anyone offer any help to this problem?

I'd be extremely grateful.
