. I want to make a new home page for my website. Its kind of like vbadvanced yet a little different. I wanna make a home page that keep my nav bar (basically everything above where it says put some vuel in your forum including this part.) while making a three column section below it.

Just use one of these articles to create the new page. Your template would then make the three columns:
